Hon. Justice Kedar Prasad Giri took the oath of office as new CJ today [Press Release]
The newly appointed Chief Justice Kedar Prasad Giri was scheduled to take oath of office on sunday at 3:45 p.m. at the Supreme Court of Nepal. Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala as a head of the constitutional council (CC), appointed Giri as the Chief Justice of Nepal on firday. Hon. Justice Kedar Prasad Giri assumed his position as the Chief Justice of Nepal.
